Sunbeam Setup is designed for clients who already know what they need and are ready for it to be built. You bring a clearly defined workflow, and I implement it inside Asana.
This is a focused execution service, not strategy. Your process should already be fully mapped out, including steps, ownership, and flow. I’m not determining or restructuring how your workflow works, I’m translating it into a clean, functional system. When your process is already clear, this setup comes together quickly and seamlessly.
If your processes are still being figured out, or your work is spread across multiple tools without a clear structure, you’ll likely need an audit or a more in-depth workflow build. If you already have a clear process in place, this is where things come together quickly.
Every Sunlit Systems engagement is tailored to your business. The scope evolves based on what will make the biggest impact. Some advanced features (such as automations or rules) may require an upgraded Asana plan.
